MAXI Construction has secured the £1.3 million contract to refurbish Glasgow Caledonian University’s (GCU) Caledonian Court.
The work at the city centre student accommodation site will involve fast-tracked refurbishments across its three blocks, which will bring new kitchen and bathroom facilities, M&E installations including upgraded energy efficient heating, door refurbishment, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, and new furniture.
John Aitchison, MD of Maxi Construction’s, commented. “We are delighted to be working with Glasgow Caledonian University to deliver upgraded student accommodation facilities for the university and their students.”
