MULTI-trade principal contractor Lochlie Construction Group has announced that the company has officially achieved BM TRADA Q-Mark certification for both Fire Door Installation (STD052) and Fire Door Maintenance (STD058).
Under Certificate Number 4780, the Glasgow-based firm holds dual certification, establishing a recognised standard of fire safety compliance across the UK.
The business explained that achieving Q-Mark certification follows specialist training, ‘rigorous’ process auditing, and independent assessment.
BM TRADA Q-Mark certification provides clients with independent third-party assurance that all installation and maintenance work is completed through controlled, documented, and fully traceable processes.
