DM Hall has celebrated the achievements of ten colleagues who have obtained Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accreditation.
Following a series of successful Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) interviews over recent months, eight young professionals have now attained RICS member status, thus becoming fully qualified chartered surveyors.
They are Christie Hamilton (Falkirk, residential); Alan Doherty (Perth, residential); Niall Morrison (Edinburgh, residential); Morgan Smith (Dunfermline, residential); Ross Cooper (Ayrshire, residential); Justin Akugbo (Edinburgh, commercial); Ewan Robinson (Edinburgh, commercial); and George Dudfield (Kendal, commercial). A further two colleagues successfully achieved AssocRICS qualification: Murray McLure (Glasgow, residential); and Blair Adams (Hamilton, residential).
John McHugh, DM Hall managing partner, paid tribute to the candidates, saying their achievements reflect months of dedicated study, professional development and commitment.
“The fact that every individual succeeded is a notable accomplishment and underlines both their personal dedication and the strength of the firm’s graduate and training programmes, and I am delighted to congratulate all ten colleagues on achieving these important professional qualifications,” he added. “To see so many of our graduates and trainees reach this milestone, is a tremendous achievement. Their success is a testament to the hard work, commitment and professionalism they have demonstrated throughout their training.
