ENTRIES are now open for the Scottish Roofing Awards 2026.

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) revealed it is now accepting entries for this year’s ceremony, which takes place on 30 October at the Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow.

The awards celebrate the achievements of NFRC members from across Scotland, with categories open to all roofing disciplines.

Categories include bituminous hot applied liquid waterproofing; cold applied liquid waterproofing; fully supported metal; green roofing; heritage roofing; leadwork; mastic asphalt; multi-discipline project over £500K; rainscreen façades; reinforced bitumen membrane; roof slating; roof tiling; sheeting & cladding; single ply; and solar.

Members are also encouraged to enter individuals for the Ronnie Forsyth Young Roofer of the Year Award.

“It’s a real honour to host this event each year and give our members recognition for their achievements,” said Scott Miller, chairman of NFRC Scotland. “Each year we welcome more guests along and the atmosphere in the room is incredible.

“I really encourage all NFRC Scotland members to get their entries in this year, it’s a great opportunity to gain recognition and credibility across the sector. I’m already looking forward to the 2026 edition of the Scottish Roofing Awards and celebrating our members.”

Entries are open until 31 July and there is no fee to submit a project.

All projects must have been completed between 1 August 2025 – 31 July 2026 and can be entered via the awards portal at www.bit.ly/SCOTRA26. A project can only be entered once.

Winners of the Scottish Roofing Awards automatically qualify for entry to the UK national awards, held the following year.
