A commercial development site in Stirling has been brought to market for sale by CBRE, on behalf of Plean Precast Limited.

Extending to 5.93 acres, the site is situated in Springkerse Industrial Estate. Existing occupiers include MKM, Kwik Fit, and Screwfix.

Identified in Stirling’s current Local Development Plan (LDP2) as part of an Employment Safeguarding Area, the land is considered suitable for business, industrial and storage or distribution uses. Subject to planning approval, there may also be potential for a wider range of commercial uses.

The land was recently submitted to Stirling Council through the ‘Call for Sites’ consultation process, seeking allocation in the next Local Development Plan (LDP3) to support broader commercial development opportunities.

Bryce Stewart, senior director, CBRE, said, “Opportunities for strategic development sites in Central Scotland are increasingly limited. This site offers a rare chance for owner-occupiers in a prime location within Stirling’s principal industrial estate. Its scale and excellent connectivity make it highly attractive to businesses and developers seeking a foothold in one of the region’s key commercial hubs.

“Initial discussions with Stirling Council planning department confirm that the council view the site as a key development opportunity within Stirling.”
