GRAHAM + Sibbald has completed the acquisition of JMP Construction and Property Consultants and its sister company SID Asset Management.
The move follows the purchase of Aitchison Raffety in September 2025, creating a combined business with more than 400 employees operating out of 26 locations across the UK.
The acquisition was financed as part of the funding deal with Foresight Group, which was agreed in Q3 2025.
JMP is a chartered surveyors practice specialising in stock condition surveys, quantity surveying, energy performance certificates, and drone surveys. JMP will complement Graham + Sibbald’s technical services team which is made up of 50 building surveyors, architects, and project managers.
JMP has developed its own specialist technology platform to assist in undertaking stock condition surveys for social housing associations. The JMP systems also work in tandem with SID Asset Management and the bespoke HUB software. The HUB software holds a wealth of data to assist client decision making and asset management planning
