CCG has revealed details of the progress its in-house planned maintenance division, Asset Management, is making in delivering kitchen and bathroom upgrades across Whiteinch and Scotstoun in west Glasgow.
Working in partnership with Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association, the contractor is currently undertaking improvements to 240 homes. The scope of work includes a combination of kitchen and bathroom replacements, boiler upgrades, and associated decorative repairs.
The final phase of the project began in June and is scheduled for completion by the end of March 2026.

We are grateful to Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association for their continued trust in CCG Asset Management over the past decade, and we look forward to successfully completing this latest phase of improvements in the coming weeks.”
