BELLWAY has started work to deliver more than 200 new homes at Prince’s Gate in Blindwells, Prestonpans.
The new phase will comprise 152 private homes for sale and 65 affordable properties providing a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
Bellway was the first housebuilder to commit to Blindwells when it launched in 2021. Since then the area has benefited from significant investment.
Lynn Pringle, sales director, Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland East), said, “It’s amazing to see how Blindwells has emerged in the past four years from disused land into a new community and now with its own primary school. Just ten miles from Edinburgh, there’s lots on offer in nearby Tranent and we’re sure house hunters will love the new properties available in this new phase.”
