A former police station in Castlemilk is set to be marketed for sale as a development opportunity.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by Police Scotland to market the single-storey facility, which is located five miles south east of Glasgow city centre. The standalone building comprises a dedicated entrance, multiple office rooms, staff kitchen/dining facilities, storeroom and server room, and offers dedicated parking provisions to the rear with 10 parking spaces.
The site spans a third of an acre and is said to provide the possibility of residential conversion.
Calvin Molinari at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors said, “The site’s generous size and prime location present an exceptional opportunity for developers. The existing building layout and extensive car park offer great potential to be repurposed and integrated into future plans.”
Offers in excess of £200,000 are invited.
