A fully consented build to rent (BTR) residential site in Glasgow’s west end has been launched by Savills and Scarlett Developments.
The firms are acting on behalf of the Mac Mic Group, with the site at Herschell Street in Anniesland having full planning permission for 113 one and two-bedroom apartments.
Whilst benefiting from a BTR consent, the principle of private for sale residential development has also been established through a historic planning permission, the firms explained.
The proposed scheme comprises 113 apartments (67 one-bed and 46 two-bed units) arranged across two blocks, each rising to six stories. The design includes six roof gardens, communal amenity space, and commercial units at ground level.
