SAVILLS has announced an expansion of its residential lettings team in Edinburgh.
Sophie Strand has been appointed head of residential lettings, bringing over a decade of experience in the city’s lettings sector, most recently as director of business development at Belvoir.
Cass Hogg has been appointed property manager. Savills said she is highly regarded for her expertise in landlord and tenant relations, ensuring ‘top-tier service and client satisfaction’. The team is further supported by associate Tiffany Rigg, who has been with the company for six years. Tiffany plays a key role in property marketing and customer relationship management.
Operating from Savills Edinburgh residential hub, the team specialises in lettings and management of flats, townhouses, and family homes in Scotland’s capital.
