A rural location in Kinross-shire with planning consent for seven homes is the site of a new residential development opportunity being marketed by the rural services division of DM Hall Chartered Surveyors.
The village of Carnbo is situated around six miles west of Kinross and is the location of a development site extending to around 1.54 acres. DM Hall is marketing the site with a guide price of £450,000 and said the surrounding area boasts scenic landscapes that are ideal for outdoor pursuits.
“This really is such a gorgeous setting,” explained Jennifer Campbell, head of rural agency at DM Hall. “It’s an idyllic location with open views over the surrounding countryside, in an established residential hamlet, enjoying a southerly aspect.
“The development has been thoughtfully designed to include a mix of house types, creating a well-balanced residential development, sympathetic to its surroundings and optimising the delightful countryside views.”
The first two of Carnbo’s seven plots will be cottage-style homes similar to properties sitting opposite. The remaining five plots are designed to accommodate four-bedroom family homes, each with integrated or detached garages.
The planning permission granted includes the formation of a new vehicular access, landscaping, and associated infrastructure.
Viewing is strictly by appointment.
