BELLWAY Homes Ltd (Scotland East) will build 217 new homes at Prestonpans, East Lothian.
The housebuilder has been granted planning permission to develop the properties – 152 for private sale and 65 affordable properties – as an extension of its existing Prince’s Gate development in the growing community of Blindwells.
The new phase will feature two and three-bedroom terrace and semi-detached homes and three, four and five-bedroom detached properties. The affordable homes will include one and two-bedroom cottage flats and two, three and four-bedroom semi-detached and terraced properties.
