DM Hall has appointed Darroch Robertson as a director in its Inverurie office.
A qualified surveyor with over 20 years’ professional experience in senior roles, Darroch was previously a partner for over a decade with another nationwide firm of chartered surveyors.
He graduated BSc (Hons) in estate management from Edinburgh Napier University after beginning his career as a graduate with DM Hall in 2001. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2004.
In his new role, Darroch will carry out a variety of professional engagements including Home Reports, home buyers reports, mortgage valuations and Energy Performance Certificates for lenders, solicitors, housebuilders and private clients across the north east of Scotland.
“It’s a happy homecoming to DM Hall for me and I’m very pleased to be operating out of the Inverurie office from where I hope and expect to make a clear contribution to DM Hall’s professional offering to clients,” he commented.
DM Hall managing partner John McHugh added, “We take great delight in the culture, ethos and professionalism of the firm and there is particular delight in welcoming back Darroch to DM Hall where he initially trained and qualified. In returning at this point in his career, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience which we know will provide a major boost to the quality of the expert advice we already offer our clients in the north east of Scotland and we firmly believe he will be a tremendous asset in helping fulfil DM Hall’s future growth plans.”
