MAXI Construction has hailed a successful first quarter of 2025 after securing nine contracts totalling over £6 million.
The Livingston-headquartered business has landed projects including four job centre refurbishments for the Department for Work and Pensions; the external and internal refurbishment of Cedar House student accommodation in Kirkcaldy for NHS Fife; and roof and window replacement work at Lanark Library for South Lanarkshire Council.
Works to the B-listed Lanark Library (Lindsay Institute) include repairs to the timber roof structure, stripping and re-slating the roof, masonry repairs, and repairs to sash and case windows.
MD John Aitchison said, “These contracts represent repeat business and awards via some of the frameworks we’re appointed to. We look forward to successfully delivering these projects over the coming months.”
