IRVINE-based Andrew Wright Windows has revealed it is celebrating a period of ‘strong business growth’ under its new management team.

The firm supplies windows, doors, roofline, flat roof replacement, conservatories, sunrooms, and kitchens across Scotland.

Since being acquired in 2023 by Mark Bradford and Jamie Fraser, Andrew Wright Windows has secured a series of key contract wins. The company said it is now looking to expand its workforce to meet growing demand from both domestic and commercial customers.

Mark Bradford said, “Andrew Wright Windows has been trading for 87 years and has built a well-earned reputation for quality, professionalism, and fair dealing. The changes we are making — both in terms of operational efficiency and our customer-first approach — are ensuring a sustainable and successful future. The dedication and buy-in from our staff have been tremendous, and we are seeing the benefits through increased customer satisfaction and business growth.”

Currently employing around 70 staff, the company is looking to recruit an additional seven to eight positions, including fabricators, installers, and drivers.

Mark Bradford added, “There is always room for improvement, but we are pleased with the direction we are heading. A key part of our vision is to create opportunities for young people in the industry. While we do not yet have a formal apprenticeship programme, we have rejoined the Ayrshire Chamber and are working with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) to offer work experience days and provide meaningful support to young job seekers.”
