CHARTERED surveyors and property consultants Graham + Sibbald has announced the promotions of Kevin Masson (Kilmarnock) to director and Luca Mancini (Glasgow) to associate.
Kevin joined the business last year as an associate within the residential department and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Kilmarnock office, primarily covering Ayrshire and parts of Dumfries and Galloway. He previously worked at another surveying firm seven years covering Dundee, Angus and Perthshire as a graduate surveyor before moving to Ayrshire.
Luca Mancini joined Graham + Sibbald in 2018 as a graduate surveyor after achieving a BSc (Hons) real estate at Glasgow Caledonian University, later becoming chartered in 2023. He specialises in residential valuations working from the firm’s Glasgow and Hamilton office.
