
TWO new non-executive directors have joined the Caledonia Housing Association management board.
Amy Waite, knowledge transfer and innovation manager at Innovate UK Business Connect, brings experience in sustainable development, innovation and marketing, while Gary Grigor, partner at Devonshires Solicitors LLP, has 17 years’ legal experience in social housing and finance.
Amy Waite said, “With Caledonia implementing its first net zero strategy I look forward to working with the board and executive management team to deliver innovative approaches that support a fair and inclusive transition to net zero. It’s a privilege to be part of the Caledonia board and help shape decisions that make a meaningful difference for residents, now and in the future.”
Gary Grigor added, “I’m delighted to join the Bboard at Caledonia and play my contribution to the development of the business in addressing the housing needs in the country.”
