SAVILLS has announced it has been appointed to bring a strategic land portfolio to the market in the locales of Bearsden, Lenzie, and Milngavie totalling 80.37 hectares.
Comprising three ‘prime’ land sites, Savills said each presents an opportunity for significant future residential development subject to planning consents.
The Bearsden site spans 29.6 hectares and is situated at Langfaulds Farm, Duntocher Road. The Lenzie site covering 29.4 hectares and is located at Easter Auchinlock, Burnbrae. And the Milngavie site encompasses 21.37 hectares and is situated at Laigh Park, Craigton Road.
