CAMPION Homes has announced plans to build 19 new three and four-bedroom homes at Balmullo, near St Andrews.
Launching in early 2025, Pitcairn Gardens will include two new house styles specially designed for this development – the Willow (a three-bed semi-detached bungalow) and the Rowan (a four-bed detached home).
Pitcairn Gardens is due to launch sales in January from Campion Homes’ Oak Bank sales office in Glenrothes. The site will be the firm’s fourth active private development and further strengthens the company’s presence across its historical heartland of Fife and central Scotland. Longer-term, Pitcairn Gardens will also include 19 affordable homes, built for Kingdom Housing Association.
Sharifa Joy, sales and marketing manager at Campion Homes, said, “The launch of Pitcairn Gardens marks an exciting step as we continue to grow our private development business. We know that homebuyers are looking for high-quality homes in stunning locations and this development offers the best of rural living within easy reach of larger towns and cities.
“Fife is our historical heartland and we are delighted that Pitcairn Gardens follows on from our incredibly successful Bryony Meadow development in nearby Dairsie. There has already been a lot of interest in our new homes and we look forward to inviting prospective buyers to visit us and experience everything that a Campion home has to offer.”
All homes will feature kitchen designs from Robert Sinclair Interiors of Forfar and bathroom fixtures from Roca. Designer tiling will be provided by Porcelanosa.
