BTO has promoted Paul Greenhill to partner within its real estate team.
A dual-qualified lawyer in Scots and English law, BTO revealed Paul has built an ‘exceptional’ reputation for delivering tailored, strategic advice across a range of real estate matters, adding that his ‘expertise and client-focused approach’ have earned him praise across the legal and business communities.
In his new role, Paul will continue to support clients on commercial property matters across sectors including retail, entertainment, financial services, automotive, charity and the public sector. His work spans tenant representation, investment acquisitions, and supporting lenders and borrowers in bank security transactions, among other areas.
The promotion follows the recent recruitment of three new solicitors across BTO’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
Grant Hunter, BTO’s managing partner said, “Paul’s promotion reflects his remarkable dedication and the outstanding service he provides to our clients. His dual qualification enhances our real estate team’s ability to deliver seamless support to businesses operating throughout the UK.”
Paul Greenhill added, “I am thrilled to become a Partner at such an innovative and forward-thinking firm. I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of BTO’s real estate team and supporting our clients with their evolving property needs across the UK.”
Caroline Carr, BTO’s chair, stated, “Paul’s promotion reinforces BTO’s ongoing commitment to nurturing our own talent and delivering outstanding legal support in the fast-paced real estate sector.”
