DEVELOPER Native Land has announced the completion of its first project in Scotland – the award-winning New Eidyn in Edinburgh.
The development comprises 152 apartments, located atop the city’s £1 billion lifestyle destination, St James Quarter.
Residents of New Eidyn will benefit from hotel-style concierge, 24-hour security and secure car parking. The development also boasts a 10,000 sq ft botanical landscaped sky garden, as well as a private garden room which can be utilised for private dining and events.
Native Land revealed it has secured several ‘record-breaking’ sales at around £1,200 per sqft, representing the highest prices paid for new-build apartments in Edinburgh.
Alasdair Nicholls, chief executive of Native Land, said, “We are delighted to complete our first Scottish project, New Eidyn. Drawing on extensive experience delivering best in class developments in London, we are proud to have now achieved record-breaking sales here in Edinburgh, a testament to the development’s unique offering.
“We have seen strong interest from both local and international purchasers, who have been attracted to New Eidyn’s secure turnkey proposition and attractive investment potential. The ability to own a beautifully designed home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site with views of Edinburgh’s most historic sights, amid a thriving lifestyle quarter, is one that cannot be replicated. All apartments are now complete and ready for purchasers to move straight into.”
