AN industrial development site near Stirling has been brought to the market by real estate advisor CBRE on behalf of Bandeath Holdings Limited.
The 45.56-acre site is located within Bandeath Industrial Estate in the village of Throsk. The site is currently zoned by Stirling Council for employment and industrial purposes, and is ready for immediate development, subject to planning.
Described as being well suited for a variety of users including manufacturing, production, whisky operators, or data centres, the sale responds to demand for large-scale industrial requirements across Scotland.
The site will offer a 26MVA supply of green power, delivered within four years, and planning permission was granted by Stirling Council in 2021 for a river source heat pump offering a clean energy source for any proposed development. The recently approved Ian Macleod Distillers whisky maturation facility neighbours the site and future development is anticipated with a planning application submitted and pending for a circa 50,000 sq ft facility for storage and distribution purposes.
