SCAFFOLDING and insulation specialist Enigma Industrial Services has signed a lease on units 5 and 6 at Aberdeen’s Forties Industrial Estate.
Ryden, acting as joint agent alongside Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate (HMRE), completed the letting. The units have been leased on a 15-year term, securing an annual rent of £80,000 with five-yearly indexed linked reviews.
Located within the Altens Industrial Estate, part of Aberdeen’s Energy Transition Zone (ETZ), the units have been refurbished to meet current occupier demands. Thanks to the upgraded workshop spaces, ancillary office accommodation and a secure yard of 10,556 sq ft, they are described as ready to support Enigma’s operations from day one.
