BARRHEAD Retail Park has achieved full occupancy following the addition of two national brands.
LSPIM Dev Co, acting on behalf of private equity investors, agreed terms for the two remaining units at Barrhead.
Barrhead Retail Park, which completed last year, spans over 70,000 sq. ft. It is home to a diverse retail mix which includes Lidl, B&M, Starbucks, Burger King, The Salvation Army, Indigo Sun, Bayne’s, Card Factory, and one of the first Popeyes in Scotland.
The retail park has now been confirmed that the line-up will be further strengthened by a national hot food restaurant and takeaway operator and a non-dispensing chemist which will provide a 24/7 prescription collection facility.
Andy Richardson, group development director at LSPIM Dev Co, commented, “Securing these final tenants is a significant milestone for Barrhead Retail Park and testament to its strong appeal to both national and local brands.
“With a full roster of diverse and complementary retailers, we are confident that the park will continue to thrive as a vibrant shopping destination and a valuable asset to the community.”
