LEIGH Grubb has been appointed group director of corporate services at the Kingdom Group following a ‘structural evaluation’ of the organisation.
The new role was created to ensure Kingdom is well-positioned to meet the needs of its customers now and in the future.
Leigh Grubb joined the organisation in November 2023 as executive director of finance and his new role gives him responsibility for the people, digital, performance risk & governance, and finance functions.
Tom Barclay, Kingdom Group chief executive, said, “In the relatively short time Leigh has been with Kingdom, he has made an excellent contribution both as a member of the executive management team and as the leader of our finance team. Leigh has held various senior management roles and has a real passion for customer service.
“His strategic approach will allow us to continue delivering life-changing services to our customers and our communities as we focus on our mission to provide more than a home and I look forward to seeing the positive impact he makes within his new role.”
