KNIGHT Property Group has announced completion of a double deal at Pavilion 10, Kingshill Park in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
Rovco, a provider of tech-powered offshore wind geophysical survey and ROV/AUV projects, has secured six and five-year leases for two suites in Knight’s office development.
These leases collectively span 10,774 sq ft, with the first floor encompassing 5,384 sq ft and the ground floor comprising 5,390 sq ft.
Fraser Moonie, chief operating officer at Rovco, said, “This strategic decision underscores our commitment to ongoing investments in Aberdeen. Positioned as a pivotal hub in our operations, our new offices offer premium workspace situated in a prime location, catering to the needs of both our clients and team members. Notably, we have also secured supplementary space to accommodate our anticipated future expansion.”
Daniel Mitchell, management surveyor at Knight Property Group, added, “Tenants like Rovco actively seek premium spaces with exceptional connectivity, precisely the attributes that Kingshill Park provides. The development has experienced considerable letting momentum, with six deals finalised over the last year. The high occupational demand for Kingshill is illustrated by the strong interest in the last available suite of 2,627 sq ft at Pavilion 11.”
The suites feature fully fitted spaces, complete with power, data cabling, furniture, meeting rooms, comms rooms, and welfare spaces. The development also offers car parking, including EV charging points.
Previous phases of development at Kingshill Park have attracted a diverse range of occupiers including CALA Homes, Swagelok, Acumen Financial Planning, Awilco Drilling, StormGeo, Lockton, PanGeo Subsea, Donaldsons Timber, Mermaid Subsea, and CS Group.
Savills and Ryden are joint agents for Knight Property Group at Kingshill Park.
