AVANT Homes Scotland has announced it has released for sale a variety of new homes aimed at first-time buyers at its £72 million, 280-home Honeyman Park site in Armadale, near Bathgate.
Located off West Main Street, the development comprises a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes and will feature 12 of the housebuilder’s house types.
Of the 280 homes at Honeyman Park, a third have been designated to affordable housing. Avant Homes has also committed to a community contribution of £3.7 million to support education, local services and a sustainable travel plan.
