GRAHAM re-elected to University of Glasgow framework

GRAHAM has been re-elected to the University of Glasgow framework to deliver projects valued in excess of £7 million over the next six years.

Appointed to deliver Lot 3, works will include the construction of new build projects and refurbishments across the university’s estate encompassing offices, student accommodation, laboratories and teaching spaces.

GRAHAM said it has played an ‘integral’ role in shaping the university’s ‘modern and dynamic’ campus, having worked with the university for nearly 20 years. This has included the delivery of projects such as the Kelvin Data Centre, Small Animal Hospital, West Medical Building, the Davidson Building, the Mathematics and Statistics building, and enabling works for the expansion of the Western Campus.

James House, construction director and framework lead at GRAHAM Building North, said, “Building on our almost 20 relationship with the University of Glasgow, we are incredibly pleased to be re-appointed to its prestigious framework. The university has an ambitious vision to enhance its already world-class campus and GRAHAM’s expertise and understanding of working in complex, live environments will help to bring this to life.

“We now look forward to collaborating with their team and modernising the university estate for the benefit of staff and students.”
