GRAHAM + Sibbald has appointed Stuart Blyth as an associate to its business rates team.
Based within the Edinburgh office of the chartered surveyors and property consultants, Stuart is joining to assist the team at a crucial point in the rating process with changes being made to land and listed buildings.
He has almost 15 years of experience working within the valuation for business rates sector having started his career at Scottish Borders Assessors before moving onto Lothian Valuation Joint Board where he achieved his chartership and became a member of RICS.
Stuart Blyth said, “I am very excited to be joining Graham + Sibbald and starting my next chapter in my career with such a well-respected organisation. I have known Tim Bunker for over 10 years and I am delighted to get an opportunity to work alongside him and the rest of the team at a time when the business rates system is going through some significant developments.”
