GRAHAM + Sibbald has strengthened its senior team with the appointments of Douglas Wood (Glasgow, capital markets) as senior director and Andrew Michel (Aberdeen, building surveying) as director.
Douglas Wood joins from Avison Young and brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering investment transactions and asset management strategies for institutions, REITs, private equity firms, property companies and private investors.

The business has ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation across Scotland and it is growing as it continues to expand south of the border. Andrew Michel has over 18 years’ experience in the built environment. A chartered building surveyor, he most recently worked with CBRE/Turner & Townsend, where he was involved in the delivery of numerous property and construction projects, providing strategic advice and technical expertise to clients.
