JM Architects, Blyth & Blyth, and BakerHicks also make up the project team, with Hub East Central managing the build which will bring a ‘flagship’ facility offering accessible sport, health, learning, and development, as well as leisure opportunities.

Councillor Scott Harrison, spokesperson for sports, leisure, and active living at Clackmannanshire Council, said, “I am delighted that a design team has been selected to deliver our ambitious plans for a new Wellbeing Hub and Lochies School. This is a key step on the journey to delivering these exciting facilities which will bring huge benefits to the health and wellbeing of residents and visitors to Clackmannanshire.”

David Cairns, MD of Robertson Construction Central East, commented, “This state-of-the-art facility is a significant investment, and one that will bring real benefits to the local community long before it opens. With the Robertson head office located only five miles away, we know the local supply chain well and will engage them wherever possible to keep the pound in Clackmannanshire and support the local economy.”
