CCG secures contract to replace 245 bathrooms in Paisley

CCG Asset Management has been awarded a £1.4 million planned maintenance contract by Paisley Housing Association.

The works package involves bathroom replacements to 245 residences within the south of Paisley. Procured through pfh Scotland, works will start in September.

CCG Asset Management manager Jim Cunningham said, “CCG Asset Management is grateful for the opportunity to work with Paisley Housing Association. We thank them for awarding us this major contract which, as a result of streamlined procurement through pfh Scotland, we will be ready to commence in September.

“Our dedicated site and tenant liaison teams will help ensure quality and customer service are of the highest standard at every stage of the 30-week programme and we look forward to working with the association and tenants very soon.”
