RYDEN has appointed Ben Dobson as new associate for its industrial agency team in Scotland.
The commercial real estate specialist said the hiring plays a key role in Ryden’s plans to expand its industrial property acquisition and disposal business across its network of offices and locations such as Dundee, Perth, Inverness and the north east of England.
With a background in the commercial property sector, Ben Dobson joins from Galbraith, having worked previously at JLL for almost nine years. He specialises in advising on developments, acquisitions, leasehold/heritable disposals and occupier services.
