Avant Homes Scotland has appointed a strategic land and planning director to support the firm’s regional expansion plans.
Michaela Sullivan, who joins from East Lothian Council, has director-level experience in the construction and housebuilding sectors as well as local government.
In this new role, she will have responsibility for for the identification and acquisition of medium and longer-term potential sites in Scotland.
Michaela said, “It’s an exciting time to be joining Avant Homes as the company continues its expansion plan across Scotland with a team dedicated to delivering high-quality new homes in great locations. Our land teams are focused on continually finding sites which will provide the most desirable living locations for our customers, so I am looking forward to helping drive the business forward with them.”
Avant Homes Scotland currently has 11 live developments ranging from Dundee to Stewarton with several more due to start this year.
