CBRE has secured a new tenant for Belhaven House in Strathclyde Business Park on behalf of London & Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM), resulting in full occupation.
Focus Group has taken a suite on the ground floor extending to 6,045 sq ft on a five-year lease. The firm provides telecommunications, connectivity, IT and cyber security services to businesses across a wide range of sectors. The company is relocating from an office in Scottish Enterprise Technology Park in East Kilbride with plans to be operational in Belhaven House later this year.
Belhaven House is a two-story office building comprising open plan, flexible floorplates. The facility underwent a recent refurbishment of the common areas.
Following the success at Belhaven House, LSPIM is continuing to invest in the location with the refurbishment of Coltness House now underway, which will provide 7,278 sq ft of office space.
