New house styles to debut at 58-home Stepps development

CALA Homes is unveiling two new house styles at its 58-home Stepps development.

The first off-plan plots at the Earls Rise development will be released this weekend. The collection of four and five-bedroom detached homes are located just off Cumbernauld Road.

Two brand new home styles will be making their debut for the housebuilder: the four-bedroom Brodick and the five-bedroom Evan – both of which are two-and-a-half storeys and feature PV panels

The Brodick will be part of the first release of homes along with a range of five-bed styles. Homebuyers will be able to experience the Evan housetype for themselves when the first showhome launches early next year.

Internally, the homes are said to offer ‘spacious’ open plan living areas, kitchens with designer integrated appliances, bathrooms with ‘high specification’ sanitaryware and ‘plenty of thoughtful fixtures and fittings throughout’. Cala said all homes have been designed for energy-efficient and low maintenance living.

Set to launch to homebuyers off-plan from Cala’s nearby Beatrice Meadows development in Kirkintilloch, the housebuilder revealed it anticipates a lot of early interest. The off-plan launch will be followed by the opening of two showhomes in January 2023.

Liana Canavan, sales & marketing director at Cala Homes (West), said, “Earls Rise is a beautiful development, perfectly placed for well-balanced living, with lots of amenities, shops, schools and greenspace nearby and offering easy access to the transport network for wherever you need to be. Our duo of brand new housetypes – not only for the region but for the business – indicate the importance we have placed on this development and the thought and consideration put into the mix and offer of housetypes we are presenting here.”
