FORE Partnership, developer of Glasgow’s Cadworks office building, has announced that the facility has achieved a Platinum WiredScore award, which recognises excellence in digital connectivity.
A WiredScore certified building is described as offering ‘seamless’ digital connectivity, which assures tenants that their business won’t be compromised by a poor digital offering.
Having recently signed flagship tenants, TLT and Ovo Energy, Cadworks’ investment in its digital infrastructure incorporates ‘best-in-class’ connectivity, air quality sensors, and an app that enables tenants and building managers to interact with the building.
Aurélien Collignon, partner at FORE, explained, “To be awarded WiredScore’s top Platinum award for our digital infrastructure is a huge success for our team, which has put real consideration into what tenants need throughout the whole design and build process. It’s crucial that our occupiers have complete confidence that when they bring their business to Cadworks, they will have seamless connectivity that delivers every single day.
“This award recognises our investment into our digital infrastructure and we are delighted to have been presented with it.”
Tom McClellan, country director, UK & Ireland and growth markets of WiredScore, added, “By achieving WiredScore Platinum certification, FORE Partnership has demonstrated its commitment to future-proofing Cadworks for years to come in an ever increasingly competitive real estate landscape.
“By placing sustainability at the heart of their strategy, FORE Partnership is demonstrating its attention to creating a first-class office environment for its tenants and to positively impacting the dynamism of our cities.”
