JR Homes, the private housing division of The JR Group, has started work on the site of its first development – with three of the seven plots already sold.
The firm is behind Almondvale Gardens in Blackburn, West Lothian. The collection of three and four-bedroom homes are being built within the tree-lined setting of the rural location.
As work on site gathers pace, just four homes remain which are being marketed via selling agent Rettie & Co. The first homes will be ready for handover in January 2023.
The properties boast large windows, an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and bi-fold doors leading out to the garden to the rear of the property.
