SOCIAL housing developer, First Endeavour LLP, has announced it has secured planning permission for the delivery of 97 social rented properties at Lumphinans Road in Cowdenbeath, Fife.
The development will be constructed by First Endeavour over three years with all of the two, three, four, five and six-bed properties being built for Fife Council to provide ‘much needed’ social housing for the area.
A site start date is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
This latest planning success is part of over 2,000 social housing plots First Endeavour LLP has in its pipeline for delivery over the coming years.
