HOUSEBUILDER CALA has announced the launch of the third phase of its Milltimber development in Aberdeen.
Following two phases at the Oldfold Village in Milltimber, the firm has now launched Murtle Den Park, a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
The site forms part of the overall masterplan for the neighbourhood, which will also see the creation of green spaces, local amenities, and a primary school. The development is located close to the Royal Deeside corridor.
