‘Customer first’ approach pays off for Bellway

BELLWAY is celebrating after securing a 5-star customer satisfaction rating for the sixth consecutive year from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The housebuilder, whose Scotland east division is based in Livingston, achieved a score of over 90%, meaning more than nine in ten new-build customers said they would recommend the developer to a friend.

The 5-star accolade is given to companies who achieve a 90% or higher rating in the annual HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Bellway is currently building new homes in Perth, Shawfair, Dalkeith, Winchburgh, Gilmerton, Livingston, Penicuik, Blindwells, Dunfermline, Bonnyrigg and Glenrothes.
