Ayr townhouse with four mews offices and car park goes on the market

SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has revealed it is bringing to market a townhouse with four mews offices and car park in Ayr town centre.

Citadel House is a period building located on Citadel Place. It comprises a detached two storey and basement townhouse with a mews terrace of offices built in the 1990s to the rear. There is a car park capable of accommodating 12 vehicles, or up to 18 with tandem parking.

The main townhouse is currently vacant although three of the four mews offices are currently let.

Shepherd partner Kevin Bell said, “Although suited to continued office use, either for single or multiple occupation or possibly serviced offices, Citadel House would also lend itself to residential conversion. Interested parties are invited to make their own enquiries with South Ayrshire Council.”

The asking price is £450,000.
