Building services package supports delivery of Stirling luxury care home

ARC-Tech (Scotland) has revealed its role in helping to deliver a new luxury care home in Stirling after the firm provided a turnkey building services package.

Roselea Court is the latest care home to have been delivered by Morrison Community Care Group (MCCG). The development has been sold to a recognised care operator and provides up to 50 en-suite beds as well as amenities including private dining rooms, a visitor café, hair salon, cinema, champagne bar and resident gardens.

Working with main contractor CCG (Scotland), Roselea Court is the fourth of MCCG’s developments to have been supported by Arc-Tech with over 200 beds now delivered across the country.

The M&E service package included the installation of all data, lighting, fire, security and electrical systems as well an LTHW heating system, sprinklers, BMS, comfort cooling and above-ground drainage.

John Gallacher, Arc-Tech (Scotland) MD, said, “With an ageing population, it is becoming increasingly important to provide modern accommodation for the elderly and we are delighted to have played our part over the last five years with Morrison Community Care (MCCG) supporting the creation of over 200, much-needed beds across the breadth of the country.

“Roselea Court is our fourth project overall and the second to have been completed this year with both utilising a turnkey M&E Services package designed exclusively by Arc-Tech. I am absolutely delighted with the efforts of our design and contracts teams with a standard of finish befitting of the luxury that is seen throughout this fantastic development.”
