Housebuilder to deliver 213 new homes after West Craigs land purchase

MILLER Homes has announced it has completed the acquisition of a 17-acre land parcel within the West Craigs development in Edinburgh.

The move will allow for the creation of 213 new homes.

The wider West Craigs development will initially provide up to 1,700 new homes, a new primary school, nursery, health centre, and two public parks. West Craigs is situated adjacent to the Edinburgh Gateway station.

West Craigs Manor will comprise of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and has been tipped to be popular with families and those looking to both up and downsize.
