ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has announced it has been appointed to sell the nine-hole Bridgend & District Golf Club in West Lothian.
The course occupies approximately 38-acres with a clubhouse, car park and greenkeeper shed. It was completed in 1999 and constructed on land which was formerly part of an oil shale mine.
“This is a rare chance to acquire a substantial piece of land in central Scotland,” said Allied Surveyors’ director of commercial agency (east), Iain Mercer. “It offers a range of potential leisure and development opportunities and is sure to attract keen interest.”
Offers over £625,000 are being invited.
