GLASGOW-based Park Property Management has appointed Scott Cochrane as head of property management.
He joins from James Gibb who acquired Life Property Management. Prior to this, Scott was with Newton Property Management for 14 years, during which time he held senior posts including associate director. He started his career in management in 1995 with Hacking and Patterson.
In his new role Scott will be tasked with overseeing the property and repairs teams, as well as assisting with the development of new business leads.
Founded in 2007, Park Property Management is responsible for the maintenance of residential and commercial buildings and developments across Scotland’s central belt.
