FALKIRK-based Ochilview Developments has worked with local firm, Vass Media, to produce new video drone material to celebrate its shortlistings in a major property awards scheme.
The housebuilder is behind several developments in Larbert and recently achieved three shortlistings in the Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2021.
Its three-bedroom detached villa at The Potteries in Larbert, together with one of its three-bedroom villas at The View, also in Larbert, both made the grade.
Described as exhibiting a ‘clean, contemporary, Scandinavian-influenced’ look, Ochilview Developments delivers its homes in partnership with architects, Arka.
Brian Vass, of Vass Media, shot overhead visuals of the properties using a drone. Joint MD of Ochilview Developments, Chris Morris, said, “We are delighted with this new video footage which celebrates our nominations. Whether we win or lose our categories, we are just pleased to be involved in the awards once again this year after they were cancelled completely last year. Brian has done a fantastic job with these videos, perfectly capturing the spirit of our nominated properties and developments from the air. We will use these videos for social media and marketing.
“Particularly with so many people still working from home, the pods have been very popular and are something we may well feature again in future developments. There is clearly a desire for IT compliant structures like this that are delivered at time of handover to be utilised straight away by the buyers. It will be very useful for us to now have video footage of them.”
