KNIGHT Frank has strengthened its team in Scotland with the appointment of hotel and leisure valuations specialist William Rankine.
Joining as an associate, he has more than a decade’s experience in valuations, spending the last seven years as a hotels and leisure property valuer at JLL. He previously worked as a valuation surveyor at Christie & Co for more than three years.
Based in Glasgow, Knight Frank said William will have a UK-wide remit working with the firm’s national hotels and leisure team to provide an ‘enhanced’ specialist valuations offering.
