KELVIN Properties has unveiled plans for a £10 million+ 34-property project in Shawlands in Glasgow’s south side.
The five-storey Waverley Park Apartments – comprising of two-bedroom private apartments and three-bedroom penthouses – is due to be completed in 2022.

Waverley Park Apartments will be the first Kelvin Properties development delivered since the arrival of new land director Andrew Duncan, who joined from Cala Homes earlier this year.
